Abstract
Studi ini memiliki tujuan mengidentifikasi apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Work Family Conflict dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intention to Quit pada Guru SMP Al- Azhar Bumi Serpong Damai. Work Family Conflict, yang berlangsung saat beban pekerjaan serta keluarga saling bertolak belakang, serta kepuasan kerja, yang mencerminkan perasaan individu terhadap pekerjaan mereka, dianggap sebagai faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi niat seseorang untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya. Studi ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif yang disebarkan kepada 80 guru SMP Al-Azhar Bumi Serpong Damai. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan jika Work Family Conflict berdampak positif serta signifikan terhadap Intention to Quit, yang berarti semakin tinggi konflik dari pekerjaan dan keluarga, semakin besar kecenderungan guru dalam mempertimbangkan keinginan untuk keluar. Sementara itu, Kepuasan Kerja berdampak negatif serta signifikan atas intention to quit, yang mengindikasikan jika semakin rendah taraf kepuasan kerja guru, makin tinggi niat mereka untuk berhenti. Studi ini adanya dampak dengan bersamaan dari variabel Work Family Conflict serta kepuasan kerja dengan Intention to Quit, berarti jika Work Family Conflict dan kepuasan kerja berdampak signifikan secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap Intention to Quit. Kata kunci : Work Family Conflict, Kepuasan Kerja, Intention to Quit. ***** This study aims to identify whether there is an influence of Work Family Conflict and Job Satisfaction on Intention to Quit in Teachers of Al-Azhar Junior High School Bumi Serpong Damai. Work Family Conflict, which occurs when the burden of work and family conflict, and job satisfaction, which reflects an individual's feelings about their work, are considered important factors that can influence a person's intention to leave their job. This study applies a quantitative method that is distributed to 80 teachers of Al-Azhar Junior High School Bumi Serpong Damai. The results of this study indicate that Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant impact on Intention to Quit, which means that the higher the conflict between work and family, the greater the tendency of teachers to consider the desire to leave. Meanwhile, Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant impact on Intention to Quit, which indicates that the lower the level of teacher job satisfaction, the higher their intention to quit. This study has a simultaneous impact of the variables Work Family Conflict and job satisfaction with Intention to Quit, meaning that Work Family Conflict and job satisfaction have a significant impact together or simultaneously on Intention to Quit Keywoard: Work Family Conflict, Job Satisfaction, Intention to Quit.
