Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendekatan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dan pengalaman siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologis dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi melibatkan aspek diferensiasi konten, proses, dan produk pada tiap tahapannya yakni pada tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi guru, seperti keterbatasan waktu, perbedaan kemampuan siswa yang signifikan, serta keterbatasan sumber daya. Meskipun demikian, pengalaman siswa menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran. ***** This study aims to analyze the implementation of differentiated learning approaches in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects in grade IV of elementary school, as well as identify the challenges faced and students' experiences during the learning process. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of differentiated learning involves the differentiation of content, processes, and products at each stage, namely at the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation that are tailored to the needs of students. However, there are several challenges faced by teachers, such as time constraints, significant differences in student abilities, and limited resources. Nonetheless, student experience shows that this approach can increase student engagement and understanding of learning materials.
