Abstract
Di era transformasi digital, kemampuan organisasi untuk beradaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi dan budaya digital menjadi kunci utama dalam mempertahankan daya saing dan meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh digital leadership, digital culture, dan digital technology terhadap organizational performance, serta peran digital literacy sebagai variabel moderasi. Hasil data dari 275 responden yang dikumpulkan melalui purposive sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS, hasil menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership, digital culture, dan digital technology berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational performance. Digital literacy memperkuat pengaruh digital leadership, namun tidak signifikan pada digital culture. Sebaliknya, moderasi digital literacy pada digital technology menunjukkan hasil negatif signifikan kinerja organisasi. ***** In the era of digital transformation, an organization's ability to adapt to technological advancements and digital culture has become crucial for maintaining competitiveness and improving performance. This study examines the impact of digital leadership, digital culture, and digital technology on organizational performance, with digital literacy as a moderating variable. Data collected from 275 respondents using purposive sampling were analyzed with Smart PLS. The findings indicate that digital leadership, digital culture, and digital technology positively and significantly affect organizational performance. Digital literacy strengthens the impact of digital leadership but is insignificant for digital culture. Conversely, the moderation of digital literacy on digital technology shows a significant negative effect. These findings underscore the importance of integrated digital strategies in enhancing organizational performance.
