Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses revitalisasi Lenong Betawi di Padepokan Ciliwung Condet, pada Mei 2023-Desember 2024 menggunakan analisis SWOT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitiatif. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan internal dan eksternal serta bagaimana kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dapat mempengaruhi strategi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti telah mewawancarai informan kunci sebanyak 3 orang serta informan pendukung sebanyak 4 orang untuk memperoleh data mendalam terkait Lenong Betawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strenghts (kekuatan) dari lenong Betawi yang ada di Padepokan Ciliwung condet ini adalah menjadi wadah bagi para seniman Betawi untuk melestarikan budaya Betawi dan bekerjasama dengan pemerintah serta instansi. Weaknesses (kelemahan) yaitu publikasi yang kurang dan lenong hanya diadakan saat ceremonial saja. Opportunities (peluang) yaitu lenong dapat menjadi seni teater yang dapat memberikan kritikan terhadap isu sosial dan dapat menjadi bahan referensi untuk muatan lokal. Threats (ancaman) yaitu tidak adanya regenerasi dan banyaknya promosi budaya asing. Strategi yang dapat dikembangkan yaitu (1) Pemerintah: (a) Edukasi formal dan informal, (b) Promosi melalui media sosial, (c) Kolaborasi antar komunitas seni. (2) Masyarakat: (a) Mengajarkan kepada generasi muda, (b) Mengadakan acara komunitas. (3) Pelaku seni kebudayaan Lenong Betawi: (a) Inovasi cerita, (b) Pelatihan generasi muda, (c) Kolaborasi antar komunitas seni, (d) Kemas ulang pertunjukkan. Strategi revitalisasi lenong Betawi di Padepokan Ciliwung Condet menekankan bahwa kelestarian kesenian ini memerlukan pendekatan yang menyeluruh dan kolaboratif. Keberlanjutan lenong harus melibatkan peran aktif dari pemerintah, masyarakat, dan pelaku seni agar tetap berkembang di tengah perubahan zaman ***** This study aims to analyze the revitalization process of Lenong Betawi in Padepokan Ciliwung Condet, in May 2023-December 2024 using SWOT analysis. The method used in this study is qualitative. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis to evaluate internal and external strengths and how weaknesses, opportunities and threats can affect strategy. In this study, researchers have interviewed 3 key informants and 4 supporting informants to obtain in-depth data related to Lenong Betawi. The results of the study show that the Strengths of Lenong Betawi in Padepokan Ciliwung Condet are as a forum for Betawi artists to preserve Betawi culture and collaborate with the government and agencies. Weaknesses are lack of publication and lenong is only held during ceremonies. Opportunities are that lenong can be a theater art that can provide criticism of social issues and can be a reference material for local content. Threats include the lack of regeneration and the large amount of promotion of foreign culture. Strategies that can be developed are (1) Government: (a) Formal and informal education, (b) Promotion through social media, (c) Collaboration between art communities. (2) Society: (a) Teaching the younger generation, (b) Holding community events. (3) Lenong Betawi cultural arts practitioners: (a) Story innovation, (b) Training the younger generation, (c) Collaboration between art communities, (d) Repackaging performances. The revitalization strategy for lenong Betawi at Padepokan Ciliwung Condet emphasizes that the preservation of this art requires a comprehensive and collaborative approach. The sustainability of lenong must involve the active role of the government, society, and art practitioners so that it continues to develop amidst changing times.
