Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru. Literasi digital merupakan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan media digital dalam proses pembelajaran, sedangkan pengalaman mengajar mengacu pengalaman berbagai situasi yang dihadapi guru selama mengajar serta kompetensi pedagogik, sebagai kemampuan inti guru, mencakup kemampuan merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada 136 guru SMA Swasta di Kecamatan Cengkareng. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk melihat hubungan dan kontribusi masing-masing variabel terhadap kompetensi pedagogik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital dan pengalaman mengajar memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru. Literasi digital berkontribusi dalam memperkaya metode dan media pembelajaran, sementara pengalaman mengajar memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap kebutuhan siswa dan dinamika kelas. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy and teaching experience on teachers' pedagogical competence. Digital literacy refers to teachers' ability to utilize digital media in the learning process, while teaching experience refers to the various situations encountered by teachers during their teaching practice. Pedagogical competence, as the core ability of teachers, includes the skills to design, implement, and evaluate the learning process. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to a number of private high school teachers in the Cengkareng District. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship and contribution of each variable to pedagogical competence. The results showed that digital literacy and teaching experience have a significant influence on teachers' pedagogical competence. Digital literacy contributes to enriching teaching methods and media, while teaching experience provides a deeper understanding of students' needs and classroom dynamics.
