Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagi pengetahuan antar guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan guru di SMP Negeri 44 Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara lebih mendalam, dan dokumentasi penelitian secara langsung. Kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan meliputi kegiatan menerima pengetahuan atau informasi, menyimpan pengetahuan atau informasi, lalu membagikan kembali pengetahuan atau informasi yang didapatkan kepada orang lain. Kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan terfokus pada berbagi pengetahuan mengenai implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMP Negeri 44 Jakarta. Data yang telah terkumpul dari hasil penelitian dianalisis melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan kredibilitas data dengan triangulasi sumber, teori, dan metode. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Menerima Pengetahuan dalam pelaksanaan berbagi pengetahuan telah berjalan dengan baik karena guru memiliki persamaan latar belakang, motivasi, dan keterbatasan pengetahuan mengenai implementasi kurikulum merdeka. 2) Menyimpan Pengetahuan yang telah diterima guru dilaksanakan dengan rutin untuk menjaga pengetahuan yang diterima agar dapat mudah diakses dan dibagikan kembali. 3) Membagikan kembali pengetahuan dilaksanakan secara formal maupun non formal dengan menggunakan media cetak dan digital sehingga memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap pemahaman guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 44 Jakarta.***** This research aims to determine knowledge sharing between teachers in the implementation of the independent curriculum. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources for this study were the vice principal for curriculum and teachers at SMP Negeri 44 Jakarta. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and direct research documentation. Knowledge sharing activities include receiving knowledge or information, storing knowledge or information, then sharing the knowledge or information obtained with others. Knowledge sharing activities focus on sharing knowledge about the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 44 Jakarta. The data that has been collected from the results of the study were analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, data credibility was used with triangulation of sources, theories, and methods. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Receiving Knowledge in the implementation of knowledge sharing has gone well because teachers have similar backgrounds, motivations, and limited knowledge about the implementation of the independent curriculum. 2) Storing Knowledge that has been received by teachers is carried out routinely to maintain the knowledge received so that it can be easily accessed and shared again. 3) Sharing knowledge is carried out formally and informally using print and digital media so that it has a positive impact on teachers' understanding in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 44 Jakarta.
