Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada angkatan kerja Generasi Z di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Bogor, dengan sampel sebanyak 168 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan pengalaman kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengalaman kerja juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, pelatihan kerja dan pengalaman kerja berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan Generasi Z. Maka dapat disimpulkan jika pelatihan kerja dan pengalaman kerja tinggi, maka kinerja karyawan juga tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan di Kota Bogor untuk lebih memperhatikan program pelatihan kerja dan memperhitungkan pengalaman kerja karyawan sebagai faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja. ***** This study aims to analyze the effect of job training and work experience on employee performance in the Generation Z workforce in Bogor City. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey design. The research population is Generation Z employees in Bogor City, with a sample of 168 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of job training and work experience partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The results showed that job training has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work experience also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, job training and work experience contribute significantly to improving the performance of Generation Z employees. So it can be concluded that if job training and work experience are high, then employee performance is also high. This research provides practical implications for companies in Bogor City to pay more attention to job training programs and take into account employee work experience as an important factor in improving performance
