Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk adanya analisis pengaruh work-family conflict dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT.X. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey method dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 289 karyawan PT. X, dengan jumlah sampel yang menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu sebanyak 168 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner dengan 5 skala likert. Pengelolaan dan menganalisis data menggunakan bantuan aplikasi program SPSS 21 dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, Uji F, Uji T, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa work-family conflict (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) karyawan karena nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kemudian Stres Kerja (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) karyawan karena memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan secara simultan work-family conflict (X1) dan stres kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) pada karyawan PT. X karena memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.*****This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict and job stress on employee job satisfaction at PT.X. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population used was 289 employees of PT.X, with the number of samples using the Slovin formula, namely 168 employees. Data collection using questionnaire distribution with 5 Likert scales. Managing and analyzing data using the help of the SPSS 21 program application using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T test, and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results in this study, it can be concluded that work-family conflict (X1) has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) because the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. Then Job Stress (X2) has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) because it has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. While simultaneously work-family conflict (X1) and job stress (X2) affect job satisfaction (Y) in PT. X employees because it has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
