Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya: 1) Untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada karyawan Bank BTN Pusat Harmoni, 2) Untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada karyawan Bank BTN Pusat Harmon, 3) Untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada karyawan Bank BTN Pusat Harmoni. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Data diuji dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kompensasi tergolong tinggi, lingkungan kerja tergolong tinggi sementara kepuasan kerja tergolong sangat tinggi. Selain itu, hasil uji data menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan 3) Kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja **** The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To empirically test the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at Bank BTN Pusat Harmoni, 2) To empirically test the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction at Bank BTN Pusat Harmoni, and 3) To examine the influence of both compensation and the work environment on employee job satisfaction at Bank BTN Pusat Harmoni. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires, and the data were processed using SPSS version 25 software. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that compensation conditions are categorized as high, the work environment is also categorized as high, while job satisfaction is categorized as very high. Additionally, the data analysis results show that: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and 3) Compensation and the work environment have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction.
