Abstract

EVALUASI KINERJA GURU PEMBIMBING PADA PROGRAM PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI (PRAKERIN) KEAHLIAN TEKNIK KENDARAAN RINGAN (TKR) DI SMK TAMAN HARAPAN BEKASI (2020) Nurul Hidayanti ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru pembimbing pada program Prakerin keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR) di SMK Taman Harapan Bekasi yang mengacu pada pedoman dasar PKL dari Kementerian Direktorat Pembinaan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan antara lain: (1)Tahap perencanaan: merencanakan pelaksanaan prakerin, mengadakan koordinasi pelaksanaan prakerin; (2)Tahap pelaksanaan : memantau dan merespon peserta didik selama pelaksanaan prakerin, melayani konsultasi permasalahan di perusahaan selama prakerin dan (3)pasca pelaksanaan: melayani konsultasi peserta didik dalam pembuatan laporan. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah 360 Degree Perfomance Appraisal Models. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Model evaluasi kinerja ini melibatkan beberapa pihak untuk menilai guru pembimbing, diantaranya: atasan (Kepala Sekolah), bawahan (Siswa), rekan kerja (Kepala Hubin), guru pembimbing itu sendiri dan pelanggan (pamong). Pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tahap perencanaan indikator merencanakan pelaksanaan prakerin penilaian tertinggi yaitu penilaian diri sendiri, mengadakan koordinasi pelaksanaan prakerin penilaian tertinggi yaitu penilaian diri sendiri. Pada tahap pelaksanaan indikator memantau dan merespon peserta didik penilaian tertinggi yaitu penilaian diri sendiri, melayani konsultasi permasalahan di perusahaan selama prakerin penilaian tertinggi yaitu penilaian diri sendiri dan tahap pasca pelaksanaan indikator melayani konsultasi peserta didik dalam pembuatan laporan penilaian tertinggi yaitu penilaian diri sendiri. Dapat disimpulkan dari evaluasi model 360 degree, penilaian tertinggi yaitu penilaian diri sendiri (guru pembimbing prakerin keahlian TKR). Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Kinerja, 360 derajat, Guru Pembimbing Prakerin EVALUATION PERFORMANCE OF COURSE TEACHERS IN THE INDUSTRIAL WORK PRACTICE PROGRAM (PRAKERIN) VOCATIONAL OF LIGHT VEHICLE ENGINEERING (TKR) IN SMK TAMAN HARAPAN BEKASI (2020) Nurul Hidayanti ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the performance of the supervising teacher in the Prakerin Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) program at SMK Taman Harapan Bekasi which refers to the basic guidelines of PKL from the Ministry of Directorate of Vocational High School Development, including: (1) Planning stage: planning the implementation of internship, conducting coordinating the implementation of the internship; (2) Implementation phase: monitoring and responding to students during the implementation of the internship, serving consulting problems in the company during the internship and (3) post-implementation: serving the student's consultation in preparing the report. The evaluation model used is 360 Degree Performance Appraisal Models. The evaluation method used is descriptive survey technique. This performance evaluation model involves several parties to assess the supervising teacher, including: supervisor (Principal), subordinates (Students), coworkers (Principal Hubin), the supervisor himself and the customer (tutor). Collecting data of this study through questionnaires. The results showed at the planning stage indicators planning the implementation of the highest apprenticeship appraisal, namely self-assessment, coordinating the implementation of the highest apprenticeship appraisal namely self-assessment. At the implementation stage the indicators monitor and respond to the students' highest appraisal namely self-assessment, serving consulting issues in the company during the highest appraisal appraisal namely self-assessment and the post-implementation indicator serves the consultation of students in making the highest appraisal report namely self-assessment. It can be concluded from the evaluation of the 360 degree model, the highest assessment is self-assessment (the supervisors of the TKR expertise) Keywords: Evaluation Perfomance, 360 degree, Course Teachers In The Industrial Work Practice Program (PRAKERIN).
