Abstract
Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi online course berbasis case-based learning untuk pelatihan dasar surveilans pertusis bagi tenaga surveilans di Puskesmas. Pengembangan menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) yang terintegrasi dengan berbagai media pembelajaran seperti video, infografis, dan multimedia interaktif serta pendalaman materi melalui studi kasus. Model yang digunakan adalah Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF) yang mencakup tahap eksplorasi, perwujudan, dan evaluasi dengan menggunakan data dari wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan uji efektivitas. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa online course ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang surveilans pertusis serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang relevan dengan situasi kerja nyata. Evaluasi formatif dengan para ahli, uji one to one, dan small group menunjukkan bahwa online course layak digunakan dengan perbaikan pada aspek tmpilan agar lebih menarik serta perbaikan penulisan pada tujuan pembelajaran Menambahkan indikator diskusi. Uji efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan case-based learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan analisis kasus dan pengambilan keputusan dalam surveilans pertusis. Kesimpulannya, online course ini dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mendukung pelatihan dasar surveilans pertusis secara daring, terutama dalam memberikan pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual dan aplikatif bagi tenaga surveilans di Puskesmas.*****This research develops and evaluates an online course based on case-based learning for basic pertussis surveillance training for surveillance officers at community health centers. The development uses a Learning Management System (LMS) integrated with various learning media such as videos, infographics, and interactive multimedia, as well as in-depth material through case studies. The model used is the Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF), which includes the stages of exploration, enactment, and evaluation using data from interviews, observations, questionnaires, and effectiveness tests. The results show that this online course is capable of enhancing participants' understanding of pertussis surveillance and providing a learning experience relevant to real work situations. Formative evaluations with experts, one-on-one tests, and small group assessments indicate that the online course is suitable for use with improvements in the visual aspects to make it more engaging, as well as revisions in the learning objectives. Adding discussion indicators. The effectiveness test shows that the case-based learning approach is effective in improving case analysis and decision-making skills in pertussis surveillance. In conclusion, this online course can be an effective tool in supporting basic pertussis surveillance training online, especially in providing contextual and applicable learning experiences for surveillance personnel at community health centers.
