Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah prototipe kurikulum program pelatihan pemantauan terumbu karang yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pelaksanaan program pelatihan di Yayasan Terumbu Karang Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Dick And Carey. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan melalui sembilan tahap dari sepuluh tahap yang terdapat dalam model tersebut, yaitu (1) Mengidentifikasi tujuan atau kompetensi umum, (2) Melakukan analisis instruksional, (3) Menganalisis peserta didik dan konteks, (4) Menuliskan tujuan kinerja atau kompetensi khusus, (5) Mengembangkan instrumen penilaian, (6) Mengembangkan strategi instruksional, (7) Mengembangkan dan memilih bahan pembelajaran, (8) Merancang dan melaksanakan evaluasi formatif, (9) Melakukan revisi. Sebagai bentuk penilaian terhadap produk kurikulum yang dikembangkan maka dilakukan evaluasi formatif berupa expert review. Hasil review dari ahli kurikulum memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,43, ahli desain pembelajaran 3,46 dan ahli materi 3,64. Berdasarkan kriteria hasil penilaian yang telah ditentukan maka kurikulum pelatihan ini dinilai “Sangat Baik”. This development research aims to produce a curriculum prototype of coral reef monitoring training program that can be used as a reference in the implementation of training program in the Indonesian Coral Reef Foundation. This study uses the Dick And Carey model. The development procedure is carried out through nine out of ten stage contained in the model, which are (1) Identify goals or general competence, (2) Conduct instructional analysis, (3) Analyze learners, (4) Write performance objectives or specific competence, (5) Developing assessment instruments, (6) Develop instructional strategy, (7) Develop and select instructional materials, (8) Design and conduct formative evaluation, (9) Revise instruction. As an assessment of the developed curriculum product, a formative evaluation were carried out by mean of an expert review. The results of reviews from curriculum expert obtained an average score of 3.43, instructional design experts 3.46 and material experts 3.64. Based on the predetermined assessment criteria, the training curriculum was rated "Very Good”.
