Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) materi siklus air melalui penerapan model pembelajaran jigsaw di kelas V SD Negeri Jatirahayu VI Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 25 siswa kelas V yang diobservasi selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus I, rata-rata nilai siswa mencapai 70 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 60%. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dan refleksi, pada siklus II, rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat menjadi 85 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar mencapai 90%. Selain itu, aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, di mana siswa lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam diskusi kelompok dan saling mengajarkan materi yang telah dipelajari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran jigsaw efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA materi siklus air pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Jatirahayu VI Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar IPA, Model Pembelajaran Jigsaw. ***** This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences (IPA) subjects on the water cycle through the application of the jigsaw learning model in class V of SD Negeri Jatirahayu VI, Bekasi City. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 25 fifth grade students who were observed during the learning process. The research results show that the application of the jigsaw learning model can improve student learning outcomes. In cycle I, the average student score reached 70 with a learning completion percentage of 60%. After improvement and reflection, in cycle II, the average student score increased to 85 with a learning completion percentage reaching 90%. Apart from that, student activity during learning has also increased significantly, where students are more actively participating in group discussions and teaching each other the material they have learned. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the jigsaw learning model is effective in improving science learning outcomes regarding the water cycle in class V students at SD Negeri Jatirahayu VI, Bekasi City. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for teachers in implementing innovative and collaborative learning methods to improve the quality of learning in the classroom.
