Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan transaksi keuangan bagi pihak pelapor Penyedia Barang dan/atau Jasa melalui pengembangan desain program pelatihan. Pengembangan desain program pelatihan dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan flipped classroom dan model pembelajaran case-based learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Dick, Carey and Carey dengan 10 tahapan pengembangan dan dilakukan di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Anti Pencucian Uang dan Pencegahan Pendanaan Terorisme, Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan yang berlokasi di Tapos Kota Depok. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan analisis dokumen. Hasil peneltian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa desain program pelatihan pelaporan transaksi keuangan bagi penyedia barang dan/atau jasa dengan mengintegrasikan flipped classroom dan model pengembangan case-based learning terbukti layak untuk digunakan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, desain program pelatihan ini dapat direkomendasikan untuk dikembangkan dan diterapkan lebih lanjut dalam penyelenggaraan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusdiklat APU PPT ke depan. ***** This research is research conducted to improve the quality of financial transaction reporting for reporting parties providing Designated Non-Financial Business and. Professions (DNFBPs) through developing training program designs. The development of the training program design was carried out by integrating the flipped classroom and case-based learning models. This research uses the Dick, Carey and Carey development model with 10 development stages and was carried out at the Indonesian Financial Intelligence Institute, Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center, located in Tapos, Depok City. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and document analysis. The results of the research conducted show that the design of a financial transaction reporting training program for providers of DNFBPs by integrating the flipped classroom and the case-based learning development model has proven to be suitable for use and effective in improving learning outcomes. Based on the result, the design of this training program can be recommended for further development and implementation in the implementation of training organized by Indonesian Financial Intelligence Institute in the future.
