Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pemanfaatan E-Office untuk Meningkatkan Efektivitas Penyampaian Informasi di Direktorat Pembinaan SMA Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah pengenalan e-office, penggunaan e-office dan dampak pemanfaatan e-office terhadap efektivitas penyampaian informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode dekskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi; Kepala Sub Bagian TU, admin unit, operator dan staf TU. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengenalan e-office dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dalam bentuk pendampingan, workshop ataupun bimbingan teknis yang dilakukan dengan tahap persiapan melalui rapat internal, pelaksanaan melalui metode coaching dan penilaian melalui rekapitulasi persuratan e-office di tiap subdit. (2) penggunaan e-office dilakukan dengan membentuk tim support system, menyediakan sistem kerja e-office, mengelola akun pengguna, lalu melakukan layanan persuratan elektronik sesuai alur persuratan e-office. (3) dampak pemanfaatan e-office dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan kegiatan penyampaian informasi berdasarkan proses, manfaat yang didapat dan tindakan yang diinginkan. This research aims to describe the utilization of e-Office to improve the effectiveness of information delivery at the Directorate of High School Development Directorate General of Primary and Secondary education Ministry of Education and Culture. The Sub-focus of this research is the introduction of e-Office, the use of e-Office and the impact of e-Office utilization on the effectiveness of information delivery. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of Dexskriptif. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The informant in this study includes; Head Sub part TU, admin unit, operator and TU staff. The results showed that: (1) The introduction of e-Office was conducted through socialization in the form of mentoring, workshops or technical guidance conducted with the preparation phase through internal meetings, implementation through the method of coaching and assessment through the recapitulation of the e-office in each subdit. (2) The use of e-Office is done by forming a support system team, providing an e-Office system, managing user accounts, and then conducting electronic commerce services to the flow of e-Office. (3) The impact of e-Office utilization can increase the success of information delivery activities based on processes, benefits gained and desired action.
