Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui aspek kegiatan pembelajaran. (2) memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai implementasi pendidikan karaker melalui budaya sekolah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas V di SDI Al Azhar 13 Rawamangun Jakatra Timur pada bulan April 2021 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Etnografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan karaker diajarkan dan diimplementasikan disetiap aspek kegiatan pembelajaran baik dalam kegiatan pembukaan, inti dan penutup. Implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan pembelajaran menumbuhkan karakter religius, nasionalisme, kamandirian, gotongroyong dan integritas. Pendidikan karakter diimplementasikan dalam semua budaya sekolah yang dimilikinya, yaitu menjemput kehadiran siswa di pagi hari oleh guru petugas, menjemput kehadiran siswa di pagi hari oleh guru, pembacaan ikrar di pagi hari, murajaah, pembacaan do’a senandung Al qur’an, pembacaan Asma’ul husna, berinfaq, shalat dzuha, shalat dzuhur berjamaah, shalat jum’at, tertib berbaris antri, upacara bendera, tahfidz Alqur’an dan berseragam dengan pakaian yang menutupi aurat, Budaya sekolah dapat menumbuhkan karakter religius, nasionalisme, kemandirian dan integritas. ************* ABSTRACT This research aims to (1) gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of character education through aspects of learning activities. (2) gain a deep understanding of the implementation of character education through school culture. The research was conducted for fifth students at SDI Al Azhar 13 Rawamangun, East Jakarta, from April 2021 to December 2023. This research used a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. The research results show that character education is taught and implemented in every aspect of learning activities, both in opening, core and closing activities. Implementation of character education through learning activities fosters religious character, nationalism, independence, cooperation and integrity. Character education is implemented in all school cultures, namely collecting students' attendance in the morning by the teacher officer, picking up students' attendance in the morning by the teacher, reciting the pledge in the morning, murajaah, reciting prayers humming the Qur'an, reciting Asma'ul Husna, giving infaq, midday prayers, midday prayers in congregation, Friday prayers, orderly queuing, flag ceremony, tahfidz of the Qur'an and wearing uniforms with clothing that covers the private parts, school culture can foster religious character, nationalism, independence and integrity.
