Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi fleksibilitas kerja pada PT Metra-Net dari sudut pandang karyawan. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode studi kasus dan data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan yang telah merasakan perubahan sistem kerja dari konvensional menjadi fleksibel dengan masa kerja lebih dari lima tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan fleksibilitas kerja dirancang berasarkan regulasi dari induk perusahaan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan internal. Skema kerja yang diterapkan yaitu hybrid working dengan 4 hari bekerja di kantor (WFO) dan 1 hari bekerja dari mana saja (WFA). Dalam implementasinya, perusahaan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti aplikasi absensi online dan platform meeting online untuk mendukung produktivitas dan komunikasi tim. Evaluasi kebijakan secara berkala dilakukan oleh tim Human Capital melalui survei dan coaching untuk menilai efektivitas dan dampak terhadap karyawan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar karyawan merasakan manfaat positif dari fleksibilitas kerja, seperti kemudahan mengatur waktu kerja, peningkatan kenyamanan saat bekerja, dan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dengan kehidupan pribadi. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan dari aspek teknologi dan keterlibatan kerja antar karyawan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengalaman karyawan terhadap fleksibilitas kerja, sehingga hasilnya tidak dapat digeneralisasi kepada seluruh karyawan di perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Fleksibilitas Kerja, Hybrid Working, Implementasi ***** This study aims to analyze the implementation of work flexibility at PT Metra-Net from the employee's perspective. A qualitative approach was used in this research with a case study method and data was obtained through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The informants in this study were employees who had experienced the transition from conventional work systems to flexible ones, with more than five years of work experience. The findings show that the flexible work policy was designed based on regulations from the parent company and adjusted to the company’s internal needs. The work scheme applied is hybrid working, consisting of four days working from the office (WFO) and one day working from anywhere (WFA). In its implementation, the company utilizes technology such as online attendance applications and virtual meeting platforms to support productivity and team communication. Regular evaluations are conducted by the Human Capital team through surveys and coaching to assess the effectiveness and impact of the policy on employees. The results indicate that most employees experience positive benefits from flexible work, such as easier time management, increased comfort while working, and better work-life balance. However, there are still challenges related to technology and employee engagement. This study focuses on employees’ experiences with flexible work, so the findings cannot be generalized to all employees in the company. Keywords: Flexibility Working, Hybrid Working, Implementation
