Abstract
PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PELATIHAN DIGITAL MINDSET BERBASIS BLENDED LEARNING PADA LEVEL MANAJER INSTITUSI PERBANKAN Carlia Isneniwati Teknologi Pendidikan ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model pelatihan digital mindset berbasis blended learning pada level manajer perbankan. Model pelatihan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengkombinasikan model Borg and Gall dan model Dick and Carey, dan model Rowntree. Proses pengembangan diawali dengan penelitian pendahuluan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi guna mengetahui permasalahan pembelajaran serta potensi pengembangan model. Berdasarkan langkah pengembangan model Dick, Carey, dan Carey, proses ini melewati evaluasi formatif, yaitu one-to-one pakar, uji one-to-one peserta pelatihan (user), uji kelompok kecil (small group), dan uji lapangan (field trial). Hasil evaluasi formatif menunjukkan rata-rata penilaian ahli materi sebesar 4,2, penilaian ahli desain 4,4, dan penilaian ahli media 4,4. Uji one-to-one mendapatkan nilai total rata-rata 4,3, uji small group mendapatkan rata-rata 4,3, dan pada field test nilai rata - rata yang didapatkan yaitu 4,1. Dari hasil evaluasi formatif, baik dari uji ahli maupun peserta pelatihan, disimpulkan bahwa model pelatihan digital mindset berbasis blended learning sangat layak digunakan. Model pelatihan DMX memiliki 5 sintak yaitu ignition, exploration, meet the expert, capstone&evaluation. Hasil uji-t pada skor pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan t-hitung sebesar 37,097, sehingga t-hitung > t-tabel 1,701 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Ini menunjukkan bahwa model pelatihan memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Analisis efektivitas model menunjukkan bahwa model ini sangat efektif dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,84 atau 84%, yang menunjukkan perbaikan signifikan pada peserta pelatihan. Kata kunci: Blended Learning, Digital Mindset, Penelitian dan Pengembangan, Pelatihan Digital Mindset, DEVELOPMENT OF A BLENDED LEARNING-BASED DIGITAL MINDSET TRAINING MODEL FOR MANAGERIAL LEVEL IN BANKING INSTITUTIONS Carlia Isneniwati Educational Technology Doctoral Program ABSTRACT This study aimed to develop a blended learning-based digital mindset training model for managers in banking institution. The model was constructed using a research and development (R&D) approach, integrating the Borg and Gall model with the Dick, Carey, and Carey model. The development process began with a preliminary investigation to collect data and identify learning challenges and potential areas for enhancement. Following the steps outlined in the Dick, Carey, and Carey model, the process included formative evaluations such as expert reviews (one-to-one), learner (user) one-to-one testing, small group testing, and field trials. The formative evaluation results indicated average scores of 4.2, 4.4, and 4.4 from subject matter experts, design experts, and media experts, respectively. One-to-one testing yielded an average score of 4.3, small group testing averaged 4.3, and the field test resulted in an average score of 4.1. Based on these evaluations, the blended learning-based digital mindset training model was deemed highly suitable for implementation. The DMX training model has 5 syntaxes, namely ignition, exploration, meet the expert, capstone & evaluation. A t-test analysis of pre-test and post-test scores revealed a t-value of 37.097, exceeding the critical t-value of 1.701, with a significance value of less than 0.05 (α = 0). These results indicate a statistically significant impact of the training model. Additionally, an N-Gain value of 0.84 (84%) demonstrated substantial improvement in knowledge and skills among training participants.
