Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Blibli di wilayah DKI Jakarta berdasarkan tiga dimensi dari Alanzi (2022), yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, pengaturan sistem informasi, dan kegunaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik survei terhadap 160 pengguna aplikasi Blibli. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring melalui kuesioner skala Likert, dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS melalui uji deskriptif, validitas, reliabilitas, mean, standar deviasi, dan uji t sampel independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pengguna merasa puas dengan aplikasi Blibli (Mean = 3,8). Pada dimensi kemudahan penggunaan, aplikasi dinilai mudah digunakan meskipun 17,49% responden mengalami kesulitan mencari informasi produk. Dimensi pengaturan sistem informasi menunjukkan 21,25% responden belum yakin terhadap keamanan data pribadi mereka. Pada dimensi kegunaan, 22,51% responden menilai efektivitas transaksi dan kelengkapan produk perlu ditingkatkan. Uji t menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan jenis kelamin, status pekerjaan, dan domisili, namun terdapat perbedaan signifikan berdasarkan usia pada dimensi kegunaan, di mana responden usia 30–39 tahun menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan usia 18–29 tahun. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar Blibli meningkatkan keamanan data dan efektivitas transaksi. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada cakupan wilayah di DKI Jakarta, sehingga penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan memperluas area studi dan menggunakan metode campuran. **** This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the Blibli application in DKI Jakarta based on three dimensions from Alanzi (2022), namely ease of use, information system arrangement, and usefulness. This research applied a descriptive quantitative method by surveying 160 Blibli application users. Data were collected through an online Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS with descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, mean, standard deviation, and independent sample t-test. The results showed that users were generally satisfied with the Blibli app (Mean = 3.8). In the ease of use dimension, the app was considered easy to use although 17.49% of respondents had difficulty finding product information. In the information system arrangement dimension, 21.25% of respondents were uncertain about the security of personal data. In the usefulness dimension, 22.51% of users stated that transaction effectiveness and product completeness needed improvement. The t-test revealed no significant differences in satisfaction based on gender, employment status, and domicile, but a significant difference was found based on age in the usefulness dimension, where users aged 30–39 showed higher satisfaction than those aged 18–29. This study suggests Blibli improve data security and transaction performance. Due to its limited research area in DKI Jakarta, future studies are recommended to broaden the scope and apply a mixed-method approach.
