Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai honorer di Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Tanjung Priok. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat stres kerja, beban kerja, dan kinerja pegawai di ingkungan pemerintah, serta untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai honorer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai honorer di Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Tanjung Priok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana semakin tinggi tingkat stres kerja, semakin tinggi pula kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, beban kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai honorer. Secara keseluruhan, stres kerja dan beban kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai honorer di Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Tanjung Priok. ***** This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and workload on the performance of honorary employees at the Class I Navigation District of Tanjung Priok. Specifically, this research aims to describe the levels of work stress, workload, and employee performance in the public sector, as well as to examine the influence of work stress and workload on the performance of honorary employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, with data analysis based on questionnaires distributed to honorary employees at the Class I Navigation District of Tanjung Priok. The results of the study show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where higher levels of work stress are associated with higher employee performance. In addition, workload also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of honorary employees. Overall, both work stress and workload were found to have a positive and significant impact on the performance of honorary employees at the Class I Navigation District of Tanjung Priok.
