Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Universitas Negeri Jakarta menggelar penmaba khusus untuk jalur disabilitas, diikuti oleh 51 peserta penyandang disabilitas. Namun, hanya 23 peserta didik baru disabilitas berhasil lulus di UNJ terdiri dari Tuna Rungu, Tuna Netra, Tuna Daksa, Autis, dan ADHD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pemahaman GEDSI (Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion) civitas akademika dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang inklusif sesuai dengan amanat UUD No 8 tahun 2016 dan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, dan penyajian data serta menganalisis data secara deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar responden memberikan penilaian sangat baik yang diindikasikan bahwa pemahaman GEDSI civitas akademik di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta memiliki pemahaman sangat tinggi yaitu aspek Gender Equality 57%, aspek Disability 58%, dan aspek Social Inclusion 56,5% dengan jumlah 20 responden yakni dekan dan koorprodi-koorprodi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan pemahaman GEDSI (Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion) dekan dan koorprodi-koorprodi terkait dengan keseteraan gender, disabilitas, dan inklusi sosial di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta berada pada tingkat yang sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 95%. Angka tersebut berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi berdasarkan interpretasi skala penilaian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. ***** This research was motivated by the fact that Jakarta State University held a special penmaba for the disability pathway, attended by 51 participants with disabilities. However, only 23 new students with disabilities successfully graduated from UNJ consisting of Deaf, Blind, Physically Disabled, Autistic, and ADHD. The purpose of this study was to measure the understanding of GEDSI (Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion) of the academic community in supporting inclusive learning in accordance with the mandate of Constitution No. 8 of 2016 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study used a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach involving data collection, data processing, and data presentation as well as analyzing data descriptively. The results of this study were that most respondents gave a very good assessment which indicated that the understanding of GEDSI of the academic community at the Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University had a very high understanding, namely the Gender Equality aspect 57%, the Disability aspect 58%, and the Social Inclusion aspect 56.5% with a total of 20 respondents, namely deans and study program coordinators. The conclusion of this study shows that the understanding of GEDSI (Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion) of the dean and study program coordinators related to gender equality, disability, and social inclusion at the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta is at a very high level, namely 95%. This figure is in the very high category based on the interpretation of the assessment scale used in this study.
