Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar operasi hitung penjumlahan melalui media Montessori Stick bagi peserta didik gangguan intelektual ringan di kelas V SLB B-C ZINNIA Jakarta. Subjek penelitian berjumlah tiga orang peserta didik. Fokus penelitian yaitu meningkatkan hasil belajar operasi hitung penjumlahan matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) dengan menggunakan model Kemmis and Taggart yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Hasil yang diperoleh pada kemampuan awal menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memperoleh rata-rata nilai 45, setelah memperoleh data kemampuan awal dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan siklus I. Dari hasil tes evaluasi yang dilakukan pada siklus I yaitu peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata nilai 53 walaupun belum mencapai batas ketuntasan. Pada siklus II hasil yang diperoleh peserta didik gangguan intelektual ringan kelas V mengalami peningkatan sebesar nilai 78 dan telah melampaui nilai ketuntasan yaitu, nilai 65. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa media Montessori Stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar operasi hitung penjumlahan bagi peserta didik gangguan intektual ringan kelas V di SLB B-C Zinnia Jakarta. The classroom action research aim to improve learning outcomes of Arithmetic operations using Montessori Stick Media for students intellectual disability impairment in the fifth grade of SLB B-C ZINNIA Jakarta. The research subject amounted to three students. The focus of the study was to improve learning outcomes to calculate mathematical calculations. This research is a research class action) using two cycles of Kemmis and Taggart. The results gained on the initial ability suggest that learners obtain an average of 45. After obtaining the initial capability data continued with the execution of cycle I. From the evaluation test results conducted in cycle I, students experienced an increase with an average of 53 despite not reaching the limit of compensation. In cycle II the results gained by class student with intelectual disabilit impairment V experienced an increase of 78 and have exceeded its dictatatement value, 65. This proves that Montessori stick media can improve the results of addition calculations for students with intellectual disability V at SLB B-C Zinnia Jakarta.
