Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik, iklim sekolah, dan keadilan prosedural terhadap komitmen organisasi guru di SMAN Kabupaten Bekasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari guru-guru di SMAN Kabupaten Bekasi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 321 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei sebagai alat pengumpul data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan autentik terhadap komitmen organisasi menunjukkan bahwa thitung (2,759) > ttabel 1,967 (0,05;317) dan p-value (0,000 < 0.05); (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung iklim sekolah terhadap komitmen organisasi menunjukkan bahwa thitung (3,332) > ttabel 1,967 (0,05;317) dan p-value (0,001< 0.05); (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung keadilan prosedural terhadap komitmen organisasi menunjukkan bahwa thitung (8,428) > ttabel 1,96 (0,05;317) dan p-value (0,000 < 0.05); (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan autentik terhadap keadilan prosedural menunjukkan bahwa thitung (4,550) > ttabel 1,967 (0,05;317) dan p-value (0,000 < 0.05); (5) terdapat pengaruh langsung iklim sekolah terhadap keadilan procedural menunjukkan bahwa thitung (5,433) > ttabel 1,967 (0,05;317) dan p-value (0,006 < 0.05); (6) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan autentik terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui keadilan prosedural menunjukkan bahwa thitung (3,898) > ttabel 1,967 (0,05;317) dan p-value (0,000 < 0.05); (7) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung iklim sekolah terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui keadilan prosedural menunjukkan bahwa thitung (4,713) > ttabel 1,967 (0,05;317) dan p-value (0,000 < 0.05). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan autentik, iklim sekolah yang positif, dan keadilan prosedural dalam meningkatkan komitmen organisasi di kalangan guru, yang dapat berdampak pada kualitas pendidikan di Kabupaten Bekasi. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of authentic leadership, school climate, and procedural justice on teachers' organizational commitment at SMAN Bekasi Regency. The population in this study consisted of teachers at SMAN Bekasi Regency, with a sample size of 321 respondents. These findings emphasize the importance of authentic leadership, a positive school climate, and procedural justice in enhancing organizational commitment among teachers, which can impact the quality of education in Bekasi Regency
