Abstract
Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA melalui model pembelajaran Discovery Learning di kelas IV-B SDN Kenari 08. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV-B yang berjumlah 30 orang yang terdiri dari 15 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan pada semester kedua tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Model penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model Kemmis dan Taggart. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi guru dan siswa serta tes hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II. Data hasil belajar IPA yang diperoleh pada siklus I, yakni siswa yang tuntas 21 dari 30 siswa atau persentase ketuntasan klaksikal sebesar 70%, serta aktivitas guru 70% dan aktivitas siswa 60%. Pada siklus II, yakni siswa yang tuntas 26 dari 30 siswa atau persentase ketuntasan klaksikal sebesar 87%, serta aktivitas guru 100% dan aktivitas siswa 90%. Dengan demikian penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV-B SDN Kenari 08. Learning, IPA ***** This Classroom Action Research aims to improve science learning outcomes through the Discovery Learning learning model in class IV-B SDN Kenari 08. The subjects of this study were 30 students of class IV-B consisting of 15 male students and 15 female students in the second semester of the 2024/2025 school year. The research model used in this study is the Kemmis and Taggart model. The instruments used were teacher and student observation sheets and learning outcome tests from cycle I to cycle II. Data on science learning outcomes obtained in cycle I, namely students who completed 21 out of 30 students or the percentage of clasical completeness of 70%, as well as teacher activity 70% and student activity 60%. In cycle II, namely students who completed 26 out of 30 students or the percentage of classical completeness of 87%, as well as teacher activity 100% and student activity 90%. This the application of the Discovery Learning learning model in science learning can improve the learning outcomes of students in class IV-B SDN Kenari 08.
