Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan orang tua terhadap perlayanan club renang Splish Splash Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan instrument angket. Sampel dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua pada club renang Splish Splash Jakarta berjumlah 66 orang. Validasi instrumen menggunakan Pearson Product Moment sedangkan Reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Cronbach Aplha. Analisis data menggunakan statistik persentase dan hasil kesimpulan penelitian memperoleh data untuk dimensi tangiable memiliki persentase 50% (puas), untuk dimensi reliability memiliki persentase 56% (puas), untuk dimensi responsiveness memiliki persentase 64% (puas), untuk dimensi assurance memiliki persentase 73% (puas), dan untuk dimensi emphaty memiliki persentase 51% (puas). Sedangkan untuk hasil secara keseluruhan tingkat kepuasan orang tua terhadap perlayanan club renang Splish Splash Jakarta berada pada kategori puas dengan persentase 44%. Kata Kunci: Tingkat kepuasan orang tua, pelayanan club, kolam renang splish splash. ***** This study aims to determine the level of parental satisfaction with the services of the Splish Splash Jakarta swimming club. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method with a survey method. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire instrument. The sample and population in this study were 66 parents at the Splish Splash Jakarta swimming club. Instrument validation used Pearson Product Moment while the reliability used the Cronbach Alpha formula. Data analysis used percentage statistics and the results of the study concluded that data for the tangiable dimension had a percentage of 50% (satisfied), for the reliability dimension had a percentage of 56% (satisfied), for the responsiveness dimension had a percentage of 64% (satisfied), for the assurance dimension had a percentage of 73% (satisfied), and for the empathy dimension had a percentage of 51% (satisfied). Meanwhile, for the overall results, the level of parental satisfaction with the services of the Splish Splash Jakarta swimming club was in the satisfied category with a percentage of 44%.
