Abstract

*****ABSTRAK***** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan permainan post-to-post dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan logika-matematika anak usia dini. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 15 anak 9 laki-laki dan 6 perempuan usia 7–8 tahun di RPTRA ( Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak) Shibi Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan (action research) model Kemmis dan McTaggart, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen berdasarkan indikator kecerdasan logika-matematika yang terdiri dari kemampuan pemecahan masalah, analisis pola, mengenal angka, dan bentuk geometri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor kemampuan logika-matematika anak setelah diterapkan permainan post-to-post. Rata-rata perkembangan pada siklus II peretemuan 2 , 2.22% anak mulai berkembang(MB), 61.11% anak berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) dan 36.66% anak berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Dengan demikian, permainan post-to-post terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan edukatif untuk menstimulasi kecerdasan logika-matematika anak usia dini. Permainan ini dapat dijadikan alternatif metode pembelajaran yang aktif dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak. Kata Kunci:Permainan Post-To-Post, Kecerdasan Logika-Matematika, Anak Usia Dini, Pembelajaran Aktif. /(*****) *****ABSTRACT***** This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing post-to-post games in improving logic-mathematical intelligence in early childhood. The subjects were 15 children, 9 boys and 6 girls, aged 7–8 years old, at the Shibi Jagakarsa Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), South Jakarta. The method used was action research modeled after Kemmis and McTaggart, which was implemented in two cycles, consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection was conducted using instruments based on logic-mathematical intelligence indicators, including problem-solving skills, pattern analysis, number recognition, and geometric shapes. The results showed an increase in children's logic-mathematical ability scores after implementing post-to-post games. The average development in cycle II, meeting 2, was 2.22% of children were developing well (MB), 61.11% were developing as expected (BSH), and 36.66% were developing very well (BSB).Thus, the post-to-post game has proven effective as a fun and educational learning medium for stimulating logical-mathematical intelligence in early childhood. This game can be used as an alternative, active learning method that is appropriate for children's developmental stages.
