Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan media flipbook digital materi mocktail terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan peserta didik kelas X Kuliner di SMK Negeri 27 Jakarta serta respon peserta didik terhadap keefektifan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan flipbook digital materi mocktail. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment menggunakan desain penelitian Non-equivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas X Kuliner di SMK Negeri 27 Jakarta, terbagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen soal, angket respon dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji univariat, bivariat, dan peningkatan pengetahuan. Pada kelas kontrol, hasil uji univariat diperoleh nilai thitung 9,78 > ttabel 2,05 , sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai thitung 16,47 > ttabel 2,05, artinya pada masing-masing kelas terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta didik sebelum dan setelah diberi perlakuan. Hasil uji bivariat menghasilkan nilai thitung 8,18 > ttabel 2,00 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan rata-rata peningkatan pengetahuan peserta didik. Selain itu, skor N-gain peserta didik pada kelas kontrol 40% dan pada kelas eksperimen 70%, dapat disimpulkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta didik menggunakan flipbook digital lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang menggunakan media powerpoint. Hasil perhitungan angket respon peserta didik dan observer juga menunjukkan hasil baik berturut-turut sejumlah 91% dan 96% artinya peserta didik dan observer setuju penggunaan media flipbook digital efektif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media flipbook digital materi mocktail meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Tata Hidang. ***** This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using digital flipbooks to teach mocktails to Class X culinary students at SMK Negeri 27 Jakarta, as well as students' responses to this method of learning. This research uses a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample for this study is a class of culinary students at SMK Negeri 27 Jakarta, divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group. Data were collected using questionnaires and observations. The data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and knowledge improvement tests. The univariate test results for the control class obtained a t-count value of 9.78 > t-table 2.05, and the experimental class obtained a t-count value of 16.47 > t-table 2.05. This indicates an increase in knowledge for each class before and after treatment. The results of the bivariate test produced a t-count value of 8.18, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.00. This indicates that there is a difference in the average increase in students' knowledge. Additionally, the N-gain score is 40% for students in the control class and 70% for students in the experimental class. Therefore, it can be concluded that students who use digital flipbooks experience a higher increase in knowledge than students who use PowerPoint media. The results of the response questionnaire calculation for students and observers also showed positive results of 91% and 96%, respectively. This indicates that students and observers agreed that digital flipbooks were effective in increasing knowledge. Based on these results, it can be concluded that using digital flipbooks to teach mocktail material increases students' knowledge of catering.
