Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model pelatihan tasawuf yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan self esteem. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan tasawuf dalam meningkatkan self esteem kepala sekolah SDN. Desain Penelitian dan Metodologi : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Penelitian juga menggunakan metode quasi eksperiment. Eksperiman dalam penelitian ini ialah pemberian intervensi dengan menggunakan teknik training atau pelatihan tasawuf. Peneliti melakukan pengukuran (pre-test) dan post test. Serta menggunakan uji normalized gain (N-Gain) score. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dasar negeri (SDN) yang ada wilayah provinsi DKI Jakarta, dengan jumlah 53 kepala sekolah. Penelitian juga melibatkan ahli, fasilitator, dan observer untuk mendapatkan gambaran kepraktisan dan kemenarikan model pelatihan yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian : Hasil uji validasi oleh pakar terhadap instrumen penilaian kelayakan model menujukan bahwa instrumen yang digunakan valid. Hasil penilaian peserta, fasilitator, dan observer memperlihatkan bahwa model pelatihan tasawuf yang dikembangkan masuk kategori kepraktisan model, dan kemenarikan model pelatihan. Sedangkan hasil uji t terhadap pre test dan post test self esteem kepala SDN di wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta menunjukan adanya perbedaan rata-rata hasil. Selain itu hasil uji menggunakan n gain score menunjukan nilai rata-rata N-gain score berada dalam kategori efektif. Kesimpulan : Model pelatihan tasawuf yang dikembangkan memenuhi kelayakan, dari aspek kepraktisan dan kemenarikan model. Pelatihan tasawuf juga terbukti efektif meningkatkan self esteem kepala SDN di Provinsi DKI Jakarta sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai model pelatihan untuk meningkatkan self esteem kepala SDN di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Keywords: Self Esteem, Model Pelatihan tasawuf, Profesionalisme Kepala Sekolah SDN ***** Abstract The purpose of this study is to develop a tasawuf (Islamic mysticism) training model that can be used to enhance self-esteem. In addition, the study aims to examine the effectiveness of tasawuf training in improving the self-esteem of public elementary school (SDN) principals. Research Design and Methodology: This study employed both qualitative and quantitative approaches, utilizing a research and development (R&D) method alongside a quasi-experimental design. The experiment involved an intervention using a tasawuf training technique. The researcher conducted both pre-tests and post-tests and analyzed the data using the normalized gain (N-Gain) score. The sample consisted of 53 SDN principals in the DKI Jakarta province. Experts, facilitators, and observers were also involved in the study to assess the practicality and appeal of the developed training model. Results: The validation results from experts indicated that the instrument used to assess model feasibility was valid. Feedback from participants, facilitators, and observers showed that the developed tasawuf training model was practical and appealing. Furthermore, the t-test results comparing pre-test and post-test self-esteem scores demonstrated a significant difference. The N-Gain score analysis showed that the average gain score fell within the effective category. Conclusion: The developed tasawuf training model meets the criteria for feasibility, particularly in terms of practicality and attractiveness. Tasawuf training was also proven effective in enhancing the self-esteem of SDN principals in the DKI Jakarta province, and can therefore be utilized as a training model to support their professional development.
