Abstract
Kemandirian belajar merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang harus dimiliki peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajarannya. Namun, dalam realitanya peserta didik kerap kali kehilangan kemandirian dalam belajar ketika dihadapi dalam kesulitan ataupun hambatan dalam kegiatan belajar. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini guna mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar, teman sebaya dan adversity quotient terhadap kemandiran belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini peserta didik kelas XI program keahlian Akuntansi dan Keungan Lembaga SMK Negeri di Jakarta Timur. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Proportional Random Sampling, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 140 responden. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian adalah 1) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar, 2) Teman sebaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar, 3) Adversity quotient berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar, 4) Motivasi belajar, teman sebaya dan adversity quotient secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Implikasi praktis mengenai kemandirian belajar diharapkan dapat membantu pihak sekolah dan tenaga pendidik untuk mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran, serta dijadikan acuan bagi peneliti selanjutnya. Implikasi teoritis dari hasil penelitian ini adalah memberikan strategi untuk dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik melalui peningkatan motivasi belajar, teman sebaya, dan adversity quotient.Kata Kunci : Kemandirian belajar, motivasi belajar, teman sebaya, adversity quotient. *****Self-regulated learning is an important aspect that students must have in their learning activities. However, in reality students often lose their self-regulated learning when faced with obstacles in learning activities. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of learning motivation, peers and adversity quotient on students self-regulated learning. This research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were students in grade XI of the Accounting and Finance Expertise Program of State Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta. Sampling in this study used the Proportional Random Sampling method, so that 140 respondents were obtained. Research data were processed using SPSS software. The results of the study are 1) Learning motivation has a significant effect on self-regulated learning, 2) Peers has a significant effect on self-regulated learning, 3) Adversity quotient has a significant effect on self-regulated learning, 4) learning motivation, peers and adversity quotient simultaneously affect self-regulated learning students. The practical implications of this research are expected to assist schools and educators in developing effective learning strategies and serve as a reference for future research. The theoretical implication of this study is to offer strategies to enhance students self-regulated learning through the improvement of learning motivation, peer support, and adversity quotient.
