Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor pendorong dan bentuk interaksi sosial peserta didik learning disability dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif di SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik learning disability, peserta didik reguler, guru Bimbingan Konseling dan guru wali kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendorong terbentuknya interaksi sosial peserta didik learning disability di SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta, dominan pada faktor imitasi, motivasi dan empati. Bentuk interaksi sosial peserta didik learning disability lebih mengarah ke dalam bentuk asosiatif yakni (1) kooperasi telah terwujud dalam aktivitas seperti kerja kelompok, proyek, maupun di luar kelas, (2) akomodasi tampak melalui peran pihak ketiga yang dibutuhkan sebagai penengah untuk menjembatani perbedaan (3) asimilasi menunjukan peserta didik learning disability mulai mengadopsi pola perilaku yang umum dijalani oleh peserta didik reguler serta adanya proses penerimaan dan keterlibatan sehingga batas antara kelompok menjadi semakin tidak terlihat. Masih terlihat adanya bentuk interaksi sosial disosiatif yakni persaingan, kontravensi, dan konflik, tetapi ada upaya untuk membangun kerja sama, mengelola konflik secara damai, serta adanya partisipasi aktif dari guru dan peserta didik reguler dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif. Kata Kunci : interaksi sosial, learning disability, pendidikan inklusif ***** This research aims to identify the factors and forms of social interaction of students with learning disabilities in the implementation of inclusive education at SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The subjects in this study are students with learning disabilities, regular students, guidance and counseling teachers, and homeroom teachers. The research results show that the factors for the formation of social interactions among learning disability students at SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta are predominantly imitation, motivation, and empathy. The form of social interaction among students with learning disabilities tends more towards associative forms, namely: (1) cooperation has manifested in activities such as group work, projects, or outside the classroom, (2) accommodation is evident through the role of a third party needed as a mediator to bridge differences, (3) assimilation shows that students with learning disabilities are beginning to adopt behavioral patterns commonly practiced by regular students, and there is a process of acceptance and involvement, making the boundaries between groups increasingly less visible. There are still forms of disassociative social interaction, such as competition, controversy, and conflict but there are efforts to build cooperation, manage conflicts peacefully, and the active participation of teachers and regular students in creating an inclusive environment.
