Abstract

Rekrutmen merupakan suatu upaya untuk mempengaruhi kesediaan pekerja untuk melamar pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan pada proses rekrutmen karyawan CV. Kolaborasi Pemuda Cerdas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tahapan pelaksanaan rekrutmen karyawan, mengetahui kendala apa saja yang dirasakan karyawan saat melaksanakan proses rekrutmen karyawan, dan solusi yang diberikan terhadap kendala pelaksanaan rekrutmen karyawan pada CV. Kolaborasi Pemuda Cerdas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode berupa pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling yakni teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian di mana peneliti memilih anggota sampel secara sengaja berdasarkan kriteria atau pertimbangan tertentu yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Key informan pada penelitian ini memiliki 4 informan dengan masing-masing memiliki peran dalam melaksanakan rekrutmen karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Proses Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan rekrutmen karyawan CV. Kolaborasi Pemuda Cerdas dikatakan cukup baik dari segi tahapan. Lalu tahapan rekrutmen karyawan meliputi seleksi administrasi, seleksi wawancara, kegiatan penawaran, dan kegiatan pembekalan. Salah satu kendala rekrutmen adalah proses rekrutmen yang memakan waktu lama dan belum adanya SOP Rekrutmen. Solusi yang diberikan adalah membuat SOP pelaksanaan rekrutmen. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi untuk mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan rekrutmen karyawan. ***** Recruitment is an effort to influence workers to be willing to apply for job vacancies at a company. This study examines the stages carried out in the employee recruitment process at CV. Smart Youth Collaboration. This study aims to identify the stages of employee recruitment implementation, find out what obstacles employees feel when carrying out the employee recruitment process, and solutions provided to obstacles in implementing employee recruitment at CV. Smart Youth Collaboration. This study uses a qualitative approach method with a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique in research where researchers deliberately select sample members based on certain criteria or considerations relevant to the research objectives. Key informants in this study have 4 informants with each having a role in implementing employee recruitment. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation sourced from primary and secondary data. The process of data analysis techniques in this study through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of employee recruitment at CV. Smart Youth Collaboration is said to be quite good in terms of stages. Then the stages of employee recruitment include administrative selection, interview selection, offering activities, and briefing activities. One of the recruitment challenges is the lengthy recruitment process and the lack of a recruitment standard operating procedure (SOP). The solution proposed is to create a recruitment standard operating procedure (SOP). This research provides insights and recommendations for optimizing employee recruitment processes.
