Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data secara empiris tentang hubungan pola asuh demokratis dengan kecerdasan moral siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2025. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 76 siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria anak yang mendapatkan pola asuh demokratis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh koefisien sebesar 0,528. Adapun perhitungan pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan t_hitung 5,345 > t_tabel 1,665 dengan taraf nyata 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pengujian korelasi dapat diputuskan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pola asuh demokratis dengan kecerdasan moral siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. ***** This study aims to obtain empirical data about the correlation between democratic parenting with moral intelligence in V grade student. This research conducted in May 2025. The population in this study consisted of 76 fifth-grade elementary school students. The sample was selected using purposive sampling with the criteria of children who received democratic parenting. The data collection techniques used were Likert scale and questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis obtained the path coefficient 0,528. The calculation of hypothesis testing resulted in t_hitung t_hitung 5,345 > t_tabel 1,665 at significance of 0,05. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant correlation. Based on the results of the correlation test, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This means that there is a positive relationship between democratic parenting and the moral intelligence of fifth-grade elementary school students.
