Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganilisis sekaligus mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja internal PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry pada aspek fisik dan nonfisik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan kecenderungan analitis. Dalam hal ini, prioritas tinggi diberikan kepada proses dan makna penelitian, sumber data utama dalam penelitian kualitatif ialah kata-kata dan tindakan. Kata-kata dan tindakan merupakan sumber data yang diperoleh dari lapangan dengan mengamati atau mewawancarai karyawan pada PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry sebagai karyawan yang ada dalam lingkup lingkungan kerja internal perusahaan dengan pengumpulan data primer yang terdiri dari pra riset dan main riset (observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi).Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, tahapan reduksi data, tahapan display data dan yang terakhir tahapan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan dengan data yang sudah didapat dari penelitian ini ditemukan hasil pembahasannya yaitu lingkungan kerja internal pada PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry terdapat dua aspek yaitu fisik dan nonfisik, pada lingkungan fisik terdapat fasilitas, peralatan dan perlengkapan, pemilihan warna, tata letak dan kebisingan, pada aspek nonfisik seperti budaya kerja, hubungan antar rekan karja/karyawan dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Pada PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry lingkungan kerja internal yang paling penting adalah fasilitas perusahaan, karena fasilitas ini merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk keberlangsungan karyawan saat bekerja, selain itu hal yang paling penting dari lingkungan nonfisik pada perusahaan ini adalah budaya kerja yang dimana perusahaan ini menganut budaya kerja adhokrasi dikarenakan bersifat dinamis dan kreatif dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Kata kunci: Lingkungan kerja, lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja nonfisik, lingkungan internal ***** The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out the condition of the internal work environment at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry in physical and non physical aspects. The research method used is a qualitative method that is descriptive with analytical tendencies. In this study, high priority is given to the process and meaning of research, the main data sources in qualitative research are words and actions. Words and actions are data sources obtained from the field by observing or interviewing employees at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry as employees who are within the scope of the company's internal work environment with primary data collection consisting of pre-research and main research (observation, interviews and documentation). The data analysis technique used is an interactive model with stages of data collection, data reduction stages, data display stages and finally the conclusion or verification stage. Based on the data obtained from this study, the results of the discussion were found, namely the internal work environment at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry has two aspects, namely physical and non-physical, in the physical environment there are facilities, equipment and supplies, color selection, layout and noise, in non-physical aspects such as work culture, relationships between colleagues/employees and psychological well-being. At PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry,the most important internal work environment is the company's facilities, because this facility is one of the important things for the sustainability of employees while working, besides that the most important thing about the non-physical environment in this company is the work culture where this company adheres to an adhocracy work culture because it is dynamic and creative and psychological well-being.
