Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, motivasi belajar, dan lingkungan belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMK Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal digunakan dengan sampel 141 siswa kelas XI jurusan Akuntansi Keuangan Lembaga dari SMKN 11, 17, dan 45, dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dengan uji statistik deskriptif, validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa media sosial (β=0,069, p=0,035), motivasi belajar (β=0,452, p=0,000), dan lingkungan belajar (β=0,447, p=0,000) secara parsial dan simultan (F=105,483, p=0,000) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, dengan lingkungan belajar memiliki pengaruh terkuat (B=0,959). Adjusted R² sebesar 0,760 menunjukkan 76% variasi kemampuan berpikir kritis dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel, sedangkan 24% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Implikasinya, sekolah perlu mengintegrasikan media sosial secara strategis, meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif untuk mengoptimalkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of social media, learning motivation, and learning environment on the critical thinking skills of students at vocational high schools (SMK) in West Jakarta. A quantitative associative causal approach was employed, with a sample of 141 eleventh-grade students majoring in Institutional Financial Accounting from SMKN 11, 17, and 45, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via online questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS, involving descriptive statistics, validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, and multiple linear regression tests. The results indicate that social media (β=0.069, p=0.035), learning motivation (β=0.452, p=0.000), and learning environment (β=0.447, p=0.000) have a significant positive effect both individually and collectively (F=105.483, p=0.000) on critical thinking skills, with the learning environment showing the strongest influence (B=0.959). The Adjusted R² value of 0.760 indicates that 76% of the variation in critical thinking skills is explained by these variables, while 24% is influenced by other factors. The findings suggest that schools should strategically integrate social media, enhance intrinsic motivation, and create a conducive learning environment to optimize students’ critical thinking skills.
