Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) serta motivasi terhadap kompetensi aparatur sipil negara di Kementerian PPN/Bappenas. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi pegawai dalam menghadapi dinamika perencanaan pembangunan nasional yang semakin kompleks. Metode yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, serta teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 92 pegawai yang dipilih dari populasi ASN Kementerian PPN/Bappenas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) serta motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan jika upaya pengembangan SDM melalui program diklat yang terstruktur serta motivasi yang kuat mampu mendorong peningkatan keterampilan, pengetahuan, serta sikap pegawai. Oleh karena itu, instansi disarankan untuk memperkuat program pelatihan serta memperhatikan aspek motivasional dalam pengelolaan pegawai guna meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja serta pencapaian tujuan strategis instansi. Kata kunci: pendidikan dan pelatihan, motivasi, kompetensi, asn, bappenas **** This study aims to determine the effect of education and training (Diklat) and motivation on the competence of the state civil apparatus at the Kementerian of PPN / Bappenas. The background of this research is based on the importance of increasing employee competence in facing the increasingly complex dynamics of national development planning. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample of this study amounted to 92 employees selected from the ASN population of the Kementerian of PPN / Bappenas. The results showed that education and training and motivation have a positive and significant effect on competence. This finding indicates that HR development efforts through structured training programs and strong motivation can encourage the improvement of employees' skills, knowledge, and attitudes. Therefore, agencies are advised to strengthen training programs and pay attention to motivational aspects in employee management to improve performance effectiveness and achievement of agency strategic goals.
