Abstract

Karang Taruna RW 04 Kelurahan Balimester menghadapi permasalahan dalam merancang program kerja akibat tidak adanya warisan kegiatan dari pengurus sebelumnya dan rendahnya keterlibatan anggota. Akibatnya, organisasi menjadi tidak aktif dan kehilangan peran strategisnya di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus dalam merancang program kerja melalui pelatihan perencanaan program kerja yang dirancang dengan pendekatan riset tindakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Action Research model Kemmis dan McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus mencakup tahapan perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, tes, dan rubrik penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam memahami konsep dasar program kerja, merancang rencana kegiatan yang sistematis, dan menyampaikan hasil kerja secara terstruktur. Peningkatan signifikan terjadi pada siklus kedua, sehingga peserta menunjukkan partisipasi yang lebih aktif, produk kerja yang lebih lengkap, serta rasa percaya diri dan kepemilikan terhadap organisasi. Dapat disimpulkan, pelatihan merancang program kerja ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus Karang Taruna RW 04 dalam merancang program yang relevan dan aplikatif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan pelatihan partisipatif untuk memperkuat kapasitas organisasi pemuda. ***** Karang Taruna RW 04 Balimester Village faces problems in designing work programs due to the absence of a legacy of activities from the previous management and low member involvement. As a result, the organization becomes dormant and loses its strategic role in society. This research aims to improve the ability of administrators to design work programs through work program planning training designed with an action research approach. The research method used is the Kemmis and McTaggart model Action Research approach which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes stages of planning, action and observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, tests, and assessment rubrics. The results of the study show that this training has succeeded in improving the ability of participants to understand the basic concepts of the work program, design systematic activity plans, and deliver work results in a structured manner. A significant increase occurred in the second cycle, so that participants showed more active participation, more complete work products, and confidence and ownership of the organization. It can be concluded that this training in designing work programs is effective in increasing the capacity of the RW 04 Youth Organization management in designing relevant and applicable programs. This research contributes to the development of participatory training to strengthen the capacity of youth organizations.
