Abstract

Kemajuan zaman dan teknologi membuat penggunaan media pembelajaran digital banyak digunakan di berbagai satuan pendidikan. Salah satunya adalah video pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam bidang tata rias, seperti pada materi tata rias wajah pesta. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan video pembelajaran yang layak, praktis, dan efektif pada materi tata rias wajah pesta sebagai solusi atas permasalahan pembelajaran yang ditemukan dalam Program Student Day Tata Rias di SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penilaian kelayakan produk dilakukan melalui uji validitas oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Penilaian kepraktisan dilakukan pada Peserta Didik Kelas XI dan XII yang sedang dan telah mempelajari materi Tata Rias Wajah Pesta. Penilaian praktikalitas uji individual dilakukan terhadap 3 peserta didik kelas XII dan uji kelompok kecil terhadap 22 peserta didik Kelas XI. Hasil penilaian uji validitas ahli media I tahap 1 memperoleh presentase 72,5% yang termasuk dalam kategori “layak”. Kemudian dilakukan revisi sesuai dengan masukan ahli media I dan memperoleh presentase sebesar 75% dengan kategori “layak”. Sedangkan, pada uji validitas ahli media II tahap 1 memperoleh presentase 88,7% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan beberapa masukan dan pada uji validitas tahap 2 mengalami peningkatan menjadi 96,2% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”.Uji validitas ahli materi memperoleh hasil 98,1% dengan kategori "sangat layak" tanpa saran perbaikan. Uji coba pada peserta didik secara individual menghasilkan 93,8%, sedangkan uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh 89,7%. Uji coba lapangan menunjukkan diperoleh rata-rata pre-test sebesar 31,8 dan post-test sebesar 100. Sementara pada rata-rata gain score menunjukan angka sebesar 1,00. Dengan demikian, video pembelajaran sangat layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran tata rias wajah pesta, serta dapat menjadi media alternatif yang praktis bagi guru dalam memfasilitasi pemahaman peserta didik. Kata kunci : Video Pembelajaran, Tata Rias Wajah Pesta, Pengembangan Media, Validitas, Efektivitas, ADDIE. ************** The advancement of the era and technology has led to the widespread use of digital learning media across various educational institutions. One such medium is instructional video, which is utilized in the field of makeup artistry, particularly in the subject of evening party makeup. The objective of this study is to develop an instructional video that is feasible, practical, and effective for the topic of party makeup, as a solution to the learning challenges identified in the Student Day Cosmetology Program at SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong.. The development model employed in this study is the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Product feasibility was assessed through validity tests by subject matter experts and media experts. Practicality was evaluated by students in Grades XI and XII who were currently studying or had completed the subject of evening party makeup. The individual practicality test was conducted with three Grade XII students, while a small group test involved 22 Grade XI students. The first-stage validity test by Media Expert I yielded a score of 72.5%, categorized as "Feasible." After revisions based on feedback, the score increased to 75%, still within the "Feasible" category. The first-stage validity test by Media Expert II resulted in a score of 88.7%, categorized as "Highly Feasible," and increased to 96.2% in the second stage, maintaining the "Highly Feasible" classification. The validity test by the subject matter expert achieved a score of 98.1%, also categorized as "Highly Feasible," with no suggestions for improvement. The individual student trial produced a score of 93.8%, while the small group trial achieved 89.7%. The field trial showed an average pre-test score of 31.8 and a post-test score of 100, with an average gain score of 1.00.Therefore, the instructional video is considered highly feasible and effective for use in teaching evening party makeup and serves as a practical alternative medium for teachers in facilitating students' understanding.
