Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan seperti ChatGPT semakin meningkat di kalangan mahasiswa sebagai alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empiris tentang ada tidaknya hubungan antara penggunaan teknologi ChatGPT dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa PPKN FISH UNJ pada mata kuliah perspektif global PPKn. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 65 mahasiswa/i Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Jakarta (PPKN FISH UNJ) angkatan 2022 yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Perspektif Global PPKn dan menggunakan ChatGPT sebagai sumber belajar yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil pengujian SPSS menunjukkan nilai r hitung sebesar 0,359 yang lebih besar dari r tabel sebesar 0,244 (0,359 > 0,244), yang menyiratkan makna adanya hubungan yang rendah antara variabel penggunaan ChatGPT (X) dengan hasil belajar (Y). Uji regresi linear sederhana menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 68,918 + 0,191X, yang berarti setiap peningkatan satu satuan dalam penggunaan ChatGPT diikuti oleh peningkatan sebesar 0,191 pada hasil belajar mahasiswa. Sementara itu, koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,129 menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ChatGPT berkontribusi rendah yakni sebesar 12,9% terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang rendah antara penggunaan teknologi ChatGPT dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa PPKN FISH UNJ pada mata kuliah Perspektif Global PPKn. ***** The use of artificial intelligence technology such as ChatGPT is increasingly popular among students as a learning aid. This study aims to obtain empirical data on the relationship between the use of ChatGPT technology and the learning outcomes of PPKN FISH UNJ students in the PPKn global perspective course. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample for this study consists of 65 students from the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (PPKN FISH UNJ) class of 2022, who have taken the Global Perspectives in PPKn course and used ChatGPT as a learning resource, selected using purposive sampling. The SPSS test results showed a calculated r value of 0.359, which is greater than the table r value of 0.244 (0.359 > 0.244), indicating a low correlation between the variable of ChatGPT usage (X) and learning outcomes (Y). The simple linear regression test produced the regression equation Y = 68.918 + 0.191X, meaning that every one-unit increase in ChatGPT usage is followed by a 0.191 increase in student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.129 indicates that ChatGPT usage contributes a small 12.9% to student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the tests conducted, it can be concluded that there is a low correlation between the use of ChatGPT technology and the learning outcomes of PPKN FISH UNJ students in the Global Perspectives PPKn course.
