Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Lingkungan Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Melalui Motivasi Belajar Sebagai Variabel Mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta berjumlah 175 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh / total sampling dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 175 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) yang dihitung menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis model pengukuran, analisis model struktural, dan pengujian hipotesis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara (1) Efikasi Diri Terhadap Hasil Belajar (2) Lingkungan Belajar Terhadap Hasil. Sedangkan tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara (3) Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar, (4) Efikasi Diri Terhadap Hasil Belajar Melalui Motivasi Belajar, (5) Lingkungan Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Melalui Motivasi Belajar. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Self-Efficacy and Learning Environment on Learning Outcomes Through Learning Motivation as a Mediating Variable. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 175 students of SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled so that the sample in this study was 175 students. The data analysis technique used in this study used SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) which was calculated using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Then the data analysis technique used in this study consisted of measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct and indirect influence hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant direct influence between (1) Self-Efficacy on Learning Outcomes, (2) Learning Environment on Learning Outcomes. While there is no positive and significant direct and indirect influence between (3) Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes, (4) Self-Efficacy on Learning Outcomes through Learning Motivation, (5) Learning Environment on Learning Outcomes through Learning Motivation.
