Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi pemahaman mendalam perihal budaya praktik baik pembelajaran menulis kreatif dalam program kokurikuler literasi di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarnegara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif etnografi dengan teknik pengumpulan data pengamatan langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis kreatif yang dilaksanakan telah memenuhi indikator praktik baik. Pertama, inovatif karena memadukan strategi menulis kreatif dalam kegiatan kokurikuler. Kedua, berdampak nyata, terlihat dari meningkatnya keterampilan menulis siswa yang dibuktikan dengan karya-karya siswa yang dipublikasikan di majalah dinding, buku antologi, dan media lokal. Ketiga, berkelanjutan, sebab kegiatan telah rutin dilaksanakan sejak 2021. Keempat, inspiratif, karena memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar dan dapat direplikasi oleh sekolah lain. Kelima, efisien dan ekonomis, dengan memanfaatkan sarana yang tersedia secara optimal. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis kreatif dalam program kokurikuler literasi layak dijadikan model untuk pengembangan literasi di sekolah dasar lainnya. Kata kunci: Praktik Baik, Menulis Kreatif, Kokurikuler Literasi ***** ABSTRACT This study aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the cultural practice of best practices in creative writing instruction within the literacy co-curricular program at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarnegara. The research employed a qualitative ethnographic approach, using direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the creative writing instruction implemented fulfills the indicators of best practices. First, it is innovative, as it integrates creative writing strategies into co-curricular activities. Second, it has a tangible impact, evident in the improvement of students’ writing skills, as demonstrated by their published works in school wall magazines, anthologies, and local media. Third, it is sustainable, as the program has been conducted regularly since 2021. Fourth, it is inspiring, as it positively influences students’ motivation and can be replicated by other schools. Fifth, it is efficient and economical, utilizing available resources optimally. These findings suggest that creative writing instruction within the literacy co-curricular program is a worthy model for literacy development in other primary schools.
