Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini menganalisis strategi pembelajaran inklusif yang diterapkan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 54 Jakarta Timur bagi peserta didik borderline. Melalui pendekatan fenomenologis dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen, temuan penelitian mengungkap bahwa guru mengembangkan strategi adaptif mencakup: (1) modifikasi materi berbasis kebutuhan individu, (2) pemanfaatan media visual-auditif, (3) pengulangan materi bertahap, dan (4) evaluasi berdiferensiasi. Implementasi strategi menghadapi tantangan utama berupa keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan variasi respons peserta didik. Hasil penelitian memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi pengembangan model pembelajaran inklusif di bidang Pendidikan Agama Islam, sekaligus merekomendasikan pentingnya pelatihan kompetensi pedagogik inklusif bagi guru dan optimalisasi dukungan institusional untuk memaksimalkan potensi akademik peserta didik borderline.*****This qualitative research analyzes the inclusive learning strategies implemented by Islamic Education teachers at State Senior High School Fifty-Four in East Jakarta for borderline students. Through a phenomenological approach using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, the research findings reveal that teachers develop adaptive strategies that include: individual-based strategy modification, utilization of visual-auditory media, gradual repetition of material, and differentiated assessment. The implementation of these strategies faces key challenges such as limited learning time and varied student responses. The research results provide a conceptual contribution to the development of inclusive learning models in the field of Islamic Education, while also recommending the importance of inclusive pedagogical competency training for teachers and the optimization of institutional support to maximize the academic potential of borderline students.
