Abstract

Rendahnya keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila yang didominasi metode ceramah menjadi salah satu kendala dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Index Card Match dan Make A Match terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila pada peserta didik kelas X. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment tipe Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel terdiri dari dua kelas eksperimen, yaitu kelas X-1 yang menerapkan model Make A Match dan kelas X-3 yang menggunakan model Index Card Match, dengan total 71 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian berupa 30 butir soal pilihan ganda yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan Independent Samples t-Test melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (p < 0,05). Rata-rata nilai posttest peserta didik yang menggunakan model Index Card Match sebesar 79,56 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model Make A Match sebesar 73,03, yang menunjukkan bahwa arah pengaruhnya bersifat positif dan model Index Card Match lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang bersifat interaktif dapat memperkuat pemahaman peserta didik terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila secara lebih mendalam. Temuan ini merekomendasikan penggunaan model Index Card Match sebagai salah satu strategi pembelajaran kooperatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. ********** The low level of student engagement and learning outcomes in Pancasila Education, which is predominantly taught through the lecture method, has become one of the obstacles to achieving meaningful learning objectives. This study aims to compare the effects of the cooperative learning models Index Card Match and Make a Match on Pancasila Education learning outcomes among Grade X students. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. The sample consisted of two experimental classes: Class X-1, which applied the Make a Match model, and Class X-3, which used the Index Card Match model, with a total of 71 students. The research instrument comprised 30 multiple-choice questions that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using normality testing and an Independent Samples t-test through SPSS version 25. The results showed a significant difference between the two groups, with a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). The mean post-test score of students taught using the Index Card Match model was 79.56, which was higher than that of the Make a Match model at 73.03, indicating a positive effect and that the Index Card Match model was more effective in improving Pancasila Education learning outcomes. These findings suggest that the use of interactive cooperative learning models can enhance students’ understanding of Pancasila values more deeply. The study recommends the Index Card Match model as an effective cooperative learning strategy to improve learning outcomes.
