Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh resiliensi terhadap kesiapan kerja pada fresh graduate generasi Z di DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 189 orang fresh graduate generasi Z berusia 20-25 tahun yang belum bekerja. Responden diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah The Work Readiness Scale (WRS) yang dikembangkan oleh Caballero et al. (2011) untuk mengukur kesiapan kerja dan instrumen The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale dari Connor & Davidson (2003) untuk mengukur resiliensi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi berpengaruh sebesar 41,1% terhadap kesiapan kerja pada fresh graduate generasi Z di DKI Jakarta. ***** This study aims to examine the effect of resilience on work readiness in fresh graduate generation Z in DKI Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative method with 189 respondents aged 20-25 years old fresh graduate generation Z who have not worked. Respondents were obtained through purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is The Work Readiness Scale (WRS) developed by Caballero et al. (2011) to measure work readiness and The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale instrument from Connor & Davidson (2003) to measure resilience. Hypothesis testing was conducted through simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that resilience has an effect of 41.1% on work readiness in generation Z fresh graduates in DKI Jakarta.
