Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kondisi workplace well-being pada buruh pabrik spare part di kawasan industri Cikarang. Workplace well-being mengacu pada kondisi psikologis di mana individu merasa puas, bahagia, dan mampu mewujudkan potensi dirinya di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode convenience sampling terhadap 120 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner Workplace Well-being Questionnaire (WWQ) yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji t-independen, ANOVA satu arah, dan korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat workplace well-being secara umum berada pada kategori cukup tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 85,33. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan jenjang pendidikan terakhir. Namun, ditemukan hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara usia serta lama bekerja dengan tingkat kesejahteraan kerja. Semakin tinggi usia dan semakin lama masa kerja, maka kecenderungan workplace well-being menurun. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya perhatian jangka panjang perusahaan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan, terutama pada buruh dengan masa kerja panjang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan kerja di sektor industri. ***** This study aims to describe the condition of workplace well-being among factory workers in the spare parts manufacturing industry located in Cikarang. Workplace well-being refers to the psychological state in which individuals feel satisfied, happy, and able to fulfill their potential at work. This research employed a quantitative descriptive approach using convenience sampling with a total of 120 respondents. Data was collected using the validated and reliable Workplace Well-being Questionnaire (WWQ). Data analysis included descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation. The findings revealed that overall workplace well-being was relatively high, with an average score of 85.33. There were no significant differences based on gender or educational background. However, significant negative correlations were found between age and length of employment with workplace well-being, indicating that older workers and those with longer tenures tend to report lower well-being levels. These results highlight the need for companies to implement long-term strategies to maintain and improve employee psychological well-being, especially for long-serving workers. This study is expected to serve as a reference for policy formulation aimed at promoting well-being in industrial settings.
