Abstract

Lingkungan religius di sekolah memiliki peran besar terhadap keberhasilan tujuan Pendidikan secara umum. Tentunya dalam menciptakan lingkungan religius diperlukan strategi yang jelas, fasilitas yang mendukung serta keterlibatan aktif dari semua pihak yang ada di lingkungan sekolah. Namun pada kenyataannya, tidak semua sekolah memiliki strategi yang jelas dalam menciptakan lingkungan religius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis strategi yang direncanakan oleh SMP Taruna Bhakti Depok dalam menciptakan lingkungan religius, 2) Mendeskripsikan strategi yang direalisasikan oleh SMP Taruna Bhakti Depok dalam menciptakan lingkungan religius, 3) Mengidentifikasi indikator lingkungan religius yang tercipta di SMP Taruna Bhakti Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru PAI dan beberapa siswa/siswi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang direncanakan oleh SMP Taruna Bhakti dalam menciptakan lingkungan religius mencakup sasaran, kebijakan dan rencana yang mengarah pada terlaksananya pembiasaan ibadah wajib dan sunnah, terwujudnya interaksi rutin dengan Al-qur’an, terwujudnya hubungan sosial yang harmonis serta adanya keteladanan. Strategi ini direalisasikan melalui penambahan BTQ sebagai mata pelajaran formal dan wajib, kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan rutin, keteladanan guru, dan peningkatan kualitas fasilitas keagamaan. Model penciptaan lingkungan religius yang terbentuk berdasarkan realisasi tersebut adalah struktural dan organik. Adapun indikator lingkungan religius yang tercipta di SMP Taruna Bhakti mencakup adanya keteladanan dari pimpinan sekolah, adanya kerja sama antara pimpinan sekolah dan guru PAI dalam mengadakan kegiatan keagaman, terciptanya ukhuwah Islamiyah dari kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan yang telah dilaksanakan, adanya keteladanan dari guru dalam menghindari perilaku buruk serta tersedianya fasilitas keagamaan yang memadai. Indikator tersebut selaras dengan ketercapaian strategi yang direncanakan sekolah dan menunjukan bahwa telah terpenuhinya aspek-aspek keberhasilan penciptaan lingkungan religius di SMP Taruna Bhakti, yaitu aspek fisik, kegiatan dan sikap atau perilaku. ***** A religious environment in schools plays a significant role in the overall success of educational goals. Of course, creating a religious environment requires a clear strategy, supportive facilities, and the active involvement of all parties within the school environment. However, in reality, not all schools have a clear strategy for creating a religious environment. This study aims to 1) analyze the strategies planned by SMP Taruna Bhakti Depok in creating a religious environment, 2) describe the strategies implemented by SMP Taruna Bhakti Depok in creating a religious environment, 3) identifying indicators of the religious environment created at SMP Taruna Bhakti Depok. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were the principal, vice principal for curriculum, Islamic Education teachers and several students. The result of the study show that the strategy planned by SMP Taruna Bhakti in creating a religious environment includes targets, policies and plans that lead to the implementation of the habit of obligatory and sunnah worship, the realization of routine interaction with the Qur’an, the realization of harmonious social relations and the existence of role models. The strategy is realized through the addition of BTQ as a formal and compulsory subject, regular religious activities, teacher role models, and improvements in the quality of religious facilities. The model for creating a religious environment that is formed based on this realization is structural and organic. Indicators of a religious environment created at SMP taruna Bhakti include the exemplary behavior of the school leadership throughout the school community, collaboration between the school leadership and Islamic religious teachers in designing and implementing religious activities, the creation of Islamic brotherhood through the religious activities carried out, the exemplary behavior of teachers in avoiding bad behavior, and the availability of adequate religious facilities. These indicators are in line with the school’s planned achievement strategy and show that the aspects of success in creating a religious environment at SMP Taruna Bhakti have been fulfilled, namely physical aspects, activities and attitudes or behavior.
