Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee well-being terhadap readiness for change pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam menghadapi kebijakan efisiensi anggaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dimana sampelnya berjumlah 125 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang terdiri atas instrumen employee well-being scale dan readiness for change scale, yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa employee well-being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar (31%) terhadap readiness for change, yang menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan karyawan turut berperan dalam mendukung kesiapan individu menghadapi kebijakan efisiensi anggaran.*****This study aims to examine the impact of employee well-being on readiness for change among Civil Servants (ASN) in the context of budget efficiency policies. The research employs a quantitative method with a sample size of 125 Civil Servants (ASN), and data collection was conducted through a questionnaire consisting of the employee well-being scale and the readiness for change scale, both of which have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis results using simple linear regression indicate that employee well-being has a positive and significant effect of (31%) on readiness for change, suggesting that employee well-being plays a crucial role in supporting individuals readiness to face budget efficiency policies.
