Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi integrasi kurikulum cambridge dengan kurikulum nasional berdasarkan perspektif manajemen pendidikan di MAN 4 Jakarta. Sub fokus penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan integrasi kurikulum cambridge dengan kurikulum nasional di MAN 4 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini teridir dari informan kunci yaitu kepala madrasah, informan pendukung terdiri dari waka bidang akademik, waka bidang cambridge, dan guru. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan (planning) integrasi kurikulum cambridge dengan kurikulum nasional dilakukan melalui prakiraan kebutuhan dan studi tiru, perumusan tujuan, menyusun kebijakan internal, pemetaan konten dan penyusunan langkah teknis, penjadwalan, penyusunan anggaran, dan evaluasi serta revisi. 2) Pengorganisasian (organizing) dilakukan melalui pembentukan struktur organisasi khusus, penyesuaian jadwal pembelajaran, penyediaan fasilitas, serta koordinasi internal dan eksternal. 3) pelaksanaan (Actuating) integrasi kurikulum di MAN 4 Jakarta dilakukan secara sistematis dan bertahap dimulai dengan analisis konten dua kurikulum, dilanjutkan dengan penyesuaian materi dan strategi pembelajaran yang fleksibel Evaluasi dilakukan rutin melalui try out, mock exam, dan supervisi, serta didukung pelatihan guru. 4) pengawasan (controlling) dilakukan melalui pendekatan langsung dan tidak langsung, mencakup pengawasan internal oleh kepala madrasah dan tim kurikulum, serta pengawasan eksternal oleh konsultan Cambridge. ***** This study aims to describe the implementation of the integration of the Cambridge curriculum with the national curriculum based on the perspective of educational management at MAN 4 Jakarta. The sub-focus of this study includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the integration of the Cambridge curriculum with the national curriculum based on the perspective of educational management at MAN 4 Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Informants in this study consisted of key informants, namely the head of the madrasah, supporting informants consisting of the vice principal for academic affairs, vice principal for Cambridge affairs, and teachers. The results of this study indicate that: 1) planning for the integration of the Cambridge curriculum with the national curriculum is carried out through Forecasting needs and study tours, Formulating objectives, compiling internal policies, Mapping content and compiling technical steps, scheduling, Budgeting, and Evaluation and revision. 2) Organizing is carried out through the formation of a special organizational structure, adjusting the learning schedule, providing facilities, and internal and external coordination. 3) Implementation (Actuating) of curriculum integration at MAN 4 Jakarta is carried out systematically and in stages, starting with content analysis of the two curricula, followed by adjustments to flexible learning materials and strategies. Evaluation is carried out routinely through try outs, mock exams, and supervision, and is supported by teacher training. 4) supervision (controlling) is carried out through direct and indirect approaches, including internal supervision by the head of the madrasah and the curriculum team, as well as external supervision by Cambridge consultants.
