Abstract
Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan elemen strategis yang sangat penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan organisasi adalah kinerja karyawan, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal maupun eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Work Stress, Work Life-Balance, dan Work Environment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 200 karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, dengan teknik analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dan software SmartPLS versi terbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Stress, Work Life-Balance, dan Work Environment tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Meskipun arah hubungan masing-masing variabel berbeda—Work Life-Balance dan Work Environment memiliki hubungan positif, sementara Work Stress negatif—namun pengaruhnya belum cukup kuat secara statistik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, terdapat kemungkinan bahwa variabel-variabel lain di luar ketiga faktor tersebut yang lebih memengaruhi pencapaian kinerja karyawan, seperti motivasi, budaya organisasi, atau kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa BPJS Ketenagakerjaan perlu melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap kondisi kerja dan faktor-faktor psikologis lainnya yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas pegawai, agar strategi pengelolaan SDM dapat lebih tepat sasaran dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Work Stress, Work Life-Balance, Work Environment, Kinerja Karyawan.***** Human resources (HR) are a strategic asset that plays a critical role in achieving organizational goals and ensuring sustainability. One of the key indicators of organizational success is employee performance, which is influenced by various internal and external factors. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Work Stress, Work Life-Balance, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. A quantitative research method was applied through a survey approach. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 200 employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The analysis technique used in this study was Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), conducted using the SmartPLS software. The results show that Work Stress, Work Life-Balance, and Work Environment do not have a statistically significant effect on Employee Performance. Although Work Life-Balance and Work Environment showed a positive relationship and Work Stress a negative one, the effects were not strong enough to be considered statistically significant. These findings suggest that in the context of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, other factors beyond the three variables examined may have a greater influence on employee performance—such as motivation, organizational culture, or leadership style. This research implies that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan should conduct a comprehensive evaluation of other psychological and organizational factors that may influence performance outcomes. By doing so, the organization can formulate more targeted and sustainable human resource management strategies to improve productivity and employee well-being.
