Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) di SMP Negeri 36 Bekasi, yang mencakup kebijakan sekolah, proses sosialisasi, penyiapan dan daya dukung sumber daya manusia, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang ramah anak, sarana dan prasarana, partisipasi anak dan orang tua, serta keberhasilan program bagi siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, guru, pembina esktrakurikuler, peserta didik, dan orang tua peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMP Negeri 36 Bekasi telah menerapkan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak secara menyeluruh melalui kebijakan internal, sosialisasi yang aktif, pelatihan bagi guru dan staf, pembelajaran yang partisipatif, serta sarana prasarana yang mendukung kenyamanan siswa. Partisipasi peserta didik dan orang tua juga terlihat aktif, menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis antara sekolah dan lingkungan keluarga. Keberhasilan program ini tercermin dari meningkatnya rasa aman dan nyaman siswa, guru yang lebih inklusif dalam mengajar, serta orang tua yang terlibat aktif dalam mendukung perkembangan anak. Dengan demikian, sekolah telah berkontribusi positif terhadap terciptanya budaya sekolah yang berpihak pada kepentingan terbaik anak. ****** This study explores the implementation of the Child-Friendly School (CFS) Program at SMP Negeri 36 Bekasi, focusing on key components including school policy, program socialization, human resource capacity and support, child-centered learning practices, school facilities, student and parent participation, and the overall impact of the program on students, teachers, and parents. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Informants included the principal, vice principal for student affairs, teachers, extracurricular mentors, students, and parents. Findings indicate that SMP Negeri 36 Bekasi has comprehensively implemented the CFS program through well integrated internal policies, proactive socialization efforts, ongoing teacher and staff training, participatory learning models, and supportive infrastructure. Active engagement from both students and parents has fostered a harmonious relationship between the school and families. The program’s success is reflected in the increased sense of safety and comfort among students, more inclusive teaching practices by educators, and heightened parental involvement in children’s development. Overall, the school has contributed significantly to establishing a child-friendly educational culture that prioritizes the best interests of the child.
