Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kurikulum di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Rahman Jakarta, sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam berbasis boarding school yang mengintegrasikan kurikulum nasional dengan pendidikan keagamaan tradisional. Fokus penelitian mencakup perencanaan, implementasi, pengendalian/pengawasan, dan evaluasi kurikulum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Daarul Rahman mengembangkan kurikulum secara mandiri dengan penekanan pada pembentukan karakter, penguasaan ilmu agama, dan dasar pengetahuan umum. Implementasi kurikulum bersifat fleksibel, dengan metode ceramah sebagai dominan, namun guru diberikan kebebasan untuk berinovasi. Pengawasan dilakukan secara berlapis dan menyeluruh, mencakup aspek akademik dan non-akademik selama 24 jam. Evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan secara berkala melalui audit yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, dengan fokus pada keberhasilan akademik dan karakter santri. Saran yang diberikan meliputi pengembangan kurikulum yang dinamis, digitalisasi dokumen, peningkatan kapasitas guru, dan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai efektivitas kurikulum muadalah. ***** This research aims to analyze the curriculum management at Pondok Pesantren Daarul Rahman Jakarta, an Islamic boarding school that integrates the national curriculum with traditional religious education. The research focuses on curriculum planning, implementation, control/supervision, and evaluation. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies for data collection. The findings indicate that Pondok Pesantren Daarul Rahman independently develops its curriculum, emphasizing character building, mastery of religious knowledge, and foundational general knowledge. Curriculum implementation is flexible, with lectures being the dominant method, yet teachers are given the freedom to innovate. Supervision is conducted in layers and comprehensively, covering both academic and non-academic aspects throughout the 24-hour period. Curriculum evaluation is performed periodically through systematic audits involving various stakeholders, focusing on the academic success and character development of the students. Recommendations include dynamic curriculum development, digitalization of documents, enhancing teacher capacity, and further research on the effectiveness of the muadalah curriculum.
